This laptop is one of the best deals out there. Lots of memory (RAM and ROM), a decent processor, lightweight, , good battery life, and touch screen for under $350.00.

This laptop exceeds my expectations. Fast and I can play my fave pc games. Only downside is the battery. Runs only for 2-3 hrs when watching movies and playing games.

Bought this for my college student grandson who loves it! Very efficient computer with touch screen he considers a huge plus! Speed is excellent for papers and downloads of all kinds. Speed will only disappoint gamers. Works great with wireless printer. All in all a wonderful computer for those with a 'get it done' attitude.

I enjoy this product very much. It performs as well, if not better, than the manufacturer and reviewers suggested. It was easy to install and is easy to use. I am getting use to windows 10. Trying to get use to touch screen which was not a selling point for me. I wanted the 6 GB of memory and the 1 TB of storage.

I like the new touch screen although it can be a bit sensitive at times. Still learning the new Windows 10 and enjoying it. However, I liked the control panel on Windows 7 much better. Overall, it's a good computer to work on. I've only had it for a few weeks and so far, I give it a great rating.

I got this for my 15 yr old and she loves it. It has some really nice features, like touch screen and a fair bit of storage. Overall a well made laptop.

Just passed the 1 year of owning this laptop. Love the touch screen. Great for our 6 year old to use with school apps. The cord is built so that it doesn't get broken when moving around or pulled. Only disappointment has been the battery charge time. Much over an hour and you have to plug in again.

It was extremely easy to set up. I already had Office 365 so that was a piece of cake. I really like the keyboard. The touch screen is a nice feature.

I love the ease of access to everything, email, Internet, apps and programs. I needed office suite for home use and it is so easy to use on my hp. The speed is great as well. I don't need it for movies or many videos, but I could do some of that as well. Best Buy helped my pick just the right computer!

We have an older HP Pavillion and except for the touch screen being a big plus and the lightness of this new laptop, the similarity stops there. This new laptop is very cheaply made. The keyboard is usable but made of very light plastic as is the body. Have had this for less than a month and find it difficult to use the mouse pad and the buttons work when they want. Will be taking it back to BestBuy to see if they can get the buttons working properly

Bought this because my laptop died in the middle of a move and I needed something to hold me over until my desktop arrived in the container. It was perfect. Not too expensive. Fast enough - I'm not gaming but doing work. I really like the size, small computer doesn't work for me, I like the bigger keyboard and I love the touchscreen. No complaints at all. It works great and I'll probably use it more than I planned to because I like it so much.

It doesnt matter if you're tech savvy or not. This laptop is easy to use and navigate your way around. Great features, like the touchscreen, and a very reasonable price make this computer an all around great deal. From watching movies to typing a paper for class it will definitely meet your needs.
