    This laptop is very organized and put together well. The only complaint I have is it runs slow and it seems to update just about every time I turn it on.

    I love HP but I don't know where they went wrong with this laptop. The keys sometimes stick and it is brand new. It has a slow response when typing in the search engine. I got it for the dvd drive to watch movies on the go so I would not have to buy the external drive. It plays movies nice, but sometimes its blurry watching the first few minutes of a show on netflix and than becomes clear. I would have returned it but I figured it was good for the price.

    The battery life is trash. I'd charge it fully, unplug it, and within 2 hours... Scratch that an hour and a half, I'd have to plug it back up bc it'd only have 20 mins of battery life left. Ended up returning and am still looking for a new computer
