This laptop was just a series of updates that wouldn't allow you to do anything else while a update was going on...and then the screen blacking out and/or freezing if left up..(even if the setting were set to continuous on)..traded to a Dell with a I5 and much happier.

Poor battery

There is nothing you can do with this laptop if it is not plug on an outlet. I can hardly move around with it. It's tiring!!! Can't stand it!

Not up to HP Standard

Within 24 hrs because the processor was going out according to the Geek Squad. I am just crossing my fingers that it will last a year. unlike other HP computers that I have owned they were reliable this one is not. I suggest buying the extended warranty if you plan on keeping it more than a year.

Not What I Expected from HP

The download and upload speeds of this laptop can be comparable to that of dial-up. I was very disappointed with the abilities of this HP.
