Freezes up occasionally snd it's new. . Not sure why. Spend more and get better.

He loves it, took him a couple of days before he realized it was a touch screen!

So sorry the,price was great but after getting it home it was frustrating ! So slow and just wanted to keep updating constantly ! It went back and we got a faster laptop with more memory. Thank you ,quality was great just not the computer technology

I purchased this computer for my wife. the touch pad sucks! Its very quirky and the touch screen was glitchy. even after calibrating the system it still doesn't function properly. If I had to do it again I would have spent the extra money the first time and bought the lenovo 300 its alot more bang for the buck.

Had I not been persuaded, by the salesman, I would have gotten another product.

This computer got slower and slower each time I turned the computer on.

Just purchased as supplemental hard wire option, when wifi is patchy.

This laptop is giving me freezing issues while using edge. The rest of the features seems to be working as expected. Each time it freezes, I need to switch it off and on, which is quite annoying. I am returning it back to the store.

I Bought this computer on a whim without any research and I regret it. I have had nothing but problems with it since ive had it. The lid of the laptop is flimsy. Also it crashes and has a lot of errors that show up on it and I have to reset computer. Called HP and they can't do anything.

Didnt like keyboard, not smooth , small keys for del button, slow

Just bought it for downloads does the job. Touch screen is a plus

It's a little slow , but I guess you get use to it after awhile.

I was not impressed with this purchase. Prefer a Toshiba.

This was my third purchase of a computer and I haven't even been in college for a full summester yet. The people at Best Buy keep telling me oh it's so great and you'll never have problems but this is my third brand of a laptop. Honestly it's ridiculous and I would not recommend it.

This computer was very loud when loading anything and the battery only lasted about an hour when fully charged. Thank goodness for the 15 day return period because I brought it back and purchased a computer of higher quality.
