Terrible

Would never buy another H/P from Best Buy There solution to the problem was having there geek squad repair it. They have never repaired anything correctly for me.

Disappointed

Apparently the backup crashed too. Sent off to the Geek Squad facility and they are working on it. This is my first & last experience with an HP. My Toshiba is still working like a charm after 6 years. NOTE: I have no complaint with Best Buy - they have always given me excellent service.

Very problematic

The touch screen is spotty and it constantly crashes! What's up with that. Come on HP, provide products people can use without going back to the store Every week after the purchase.

Slow, poor, does not hold a charge, freezes
