So I bought this laptop because my old one got too hot. The new one still gets hot and even though it was an upgrade I don't like the performance.

This computers even with high speed internet is very slow. It takes 5 minutes to load FB. If I use edge for web browser it locks up. Not good.

Gifted to brother but used it fresh out of box to configure few things. Didnt turn put to be as fast as it was expected based on its specs.

The computer battery life is very bad.Im not recomend this computer.All the time asking for update.

Bought this laptop as a Christmas gift. When I asked about getting the mfgrs. warranty to align with the setup date, I was outside the two week return policy. Store manager informed me there were no returns, or in-store credit, even on unopened laptops. I'm sure the HP laptop will be a very good product, even with a shortened warranty ... Doesn't benefit the consumer to buy early for the holidays ... BEWARE OF THE RETURN POLICIES

I've had this laptop for ONLY 6 MONTHS and yesterday it completely died! Never in my life have I been so DISPLEASED by a product.

This computer had an issue with its windows install and we had to have it sent in so in the meantime I don't have a laptop...

This has to be the worst computer I have purchased runs super slow and I am only using basic functions not gaming or movies

had to return it couse battery wouldn't charge. The store suggested a different brand.

Touchscreen didn't work! After 4 hours of being on the phone with HP tech support, they couldn't resolve the issue. They said to just return it and offered me nothing for my troubles. When I returned it to my local Best Buy store, which is 40+ miles away, they didn't offer any kind of compensation or incentive to buy from them either!! Too bad for them 'cuz my entire family are electronic junkies!

For some reason this computer has a new update every time you turn it on. This computer has given us a lot of problems.

While enthused about getting a new laptop, it quickly became evident that I chose poorly! It was my first jump into Windows 10, which I also don't like, but the WIFI connectivity was terrible on this! I went out on the web (on my PC ) to see if there was some patch, or secret password that I needed to put in other than the one to access my router, but there wasn't one! So back it went!

In the store it seems to fit all criteria and is suppose to a keypad and touch pad but it gets stuck on one or another. I have returned one for this reason and yet still the new one doesn't work either, however have had not had time to return for full refund because will not exchange this product again .....

Computer seems to operate slower than I would expect. Hard drive also makes a grinding sound from time to time.

This is by far the worst laptop. It's extremely slow and most of the time the ports and card reader won't work.

I purchased this laptop for my wife in October and we've had a ton of problems with the screen not coming on and taking forever to boot. I am really disappointed in the quality of this laptop and will be taking back to BestBuy hoping to get a different brand. Customers shouldn't have to continuously take out the battery multiple times in order for there new laptop to boot up.

Other than locking up and having to reboot every 25 minutes - great. PS A 15 day return is not great.

Bought this machine before buying the convertible 13.3 inch. Not impressed. Spend the extra money.

This computer was painfully slow. Took Google forever to load when it actually would load.

I took it back it was real slow in everything. So I exchanged it for a faster processor.
