European Plug/Rude Workers

Brought it back to the store. Initially I wanted a replacement, but workers were rude so I asked for a refund. They didn't explain anything, just gave me a receipt back. I have no intention of ever shopping in Best Buy again.

A nightmare

It is to be gone 2-3 weeks. This laptop has me despising technology. Can't wait until my kids are out of college because then I am done with this so-called advanced technology that keeps messing up.
