Seems a little slow compared to other high end systems, but what do you expect for the price? I've never had a laptop with the touchscreen capability and I didn't think it would be useful but after only a few days, it's a great feature. The product itself feels a little flimsy, not solid construction, but again at a $350 price point you can't ask for more. This laptop will get the job done and looks nice.

Great computer for high school/college students at a good price. Did my research and determined this would be my best choice. My son loves his new computer. Plenty of memory for saving his papers and runs fast.

I always go to hp when I purchase laptops for the family. The best feature would have to be the touch screen option. However, sometimes I forget about using the touchscreen. Affordable and overall good laptop.

This is my first HP laptop and the extra memory and touch screen make work much easier.

The ease of use worked for me since I'm not that experienced with computers. Didn't want to spend a lot of money for the limited use. But learning more features will make me use more often. Like touch screen.

I bought this laptop for my freshman year and college and I absolutely love it already. It has very good multitasking capabilities for someone on the go all of the time. The only negative I have is that the battery life is supposed to last five and a half hours but I'm lucky to get two hours max if I am on it constantly. Other than that minor inconvenience at times, it is a wonderful computer.

I was looking for a dependable computer that was easy to use and this didn't disappoint. I like the touch screen as an added feature. I've had the computer for 1 month & I'm happy with my purchase so far.

Inexpensive plus touch screen and lots of RAM. Almost bought something else but saw this at the last second and was taken by all the features at an entry level price! I really felt like I upgraded!

Nice PC, fast, reliable, easy to set up, excellent price and trustable brand

I purchased this laptop to replace a 4 year old Toshiba whose hard disk had died. Best Buy did the data transfer from the Toshiba to the new HP, ands all worked well, although not as fast as I had expected due to its solid state hard drive. By the third week, I had 2 vertical lines running top to bottom in the middle of the screen. Took it back to Best Buy, and they pleasantly offered to swap the damaged HP for a new one, at no cost. Had to pay them for the data transfer as it would have taken me weeks to do that. Took them 3 days to do that work (longer than expected). This latest HP seems to be working fine after several days. I hope it lasts longer then the first one did. I switched the Geek Squad coverage from 3 machines, 3 years, software only for $249, to 3 years, one machine, software and hardware for the same price. The Geek Squad techs tell me that they haven't seen problems like mine before with this particular HP laptop. Price was a determining factor in my original decision to buy this laptop, coming on the recommendation of the Best Buy salesperson; "better value for the money with the AMD processor".

I actually talked 2 people into purchasing the exact same computer, because I was so thrilled with the processor speed, touch screen functionality, Cortana assistant, and Getting Started Tutorials!

A good quick laptop. Purchased Black Friday the deal was too good to pass.
