This computer is good for what I use it for, which is really not much more than a few excel/word files and surfing the internet. The battery life is not very good and I do find that the battery will die overnight even when it is turned off. It has also randomly shut down on me several times and I have read on line that others have experienced this as well.

this is a great laptop for any one who just wants to surf the web, watch videos, play music..thats what i bought it for. it also comes with the Microsoft package on it.. if you want a gaming computer this isnt it, although the graphics are great its just not built to play online games, it does have HD quality though. but i paid $375 total for this laptop and i just love it. its also got the touch screen which is extremely convenient for scrolling down, you dont have to move your mouse to the arrow to scroll, you just swipe down on the screen like an iphone, also you can click things the same way, saves a lot of time, thanks bestbuy your awesome

I like this computer because of the ease of use. This particular HP computer has the option to be a touch screen, like a tablet. And the computer was very affordable for a student.

The battery life is literally 2 hours with a full charge, huge inconvenience for a college student. The Wi-Fi on this computer is horrible. No matter your internet providers mbps speed. I bought for college cause I couldn't afford the Mac. Stuff takes ages to download, literally hours. So doing homework at school was outta the question. I Had to be home and connect an ethernet cable in order to have a decent experience on it. Honestly, even the ethernet cable didn't help that much. I called HP and was on the phone with them for 2 hours while they hacked my computer trying to figure it out, still weren't able to figure it out and offered no further help. The computer itself has amazing features and capabilities. I can watch my sons activity on his Xbox through the Microsoft feature, granted it skips horribly due to internet problems. So if HP could fix this problem it would be a great laptop, otherwise its a great paper weight!

This computer is pretty decent. It has it's perks. It's touch screen, a pretty good sized display and is fast..but only temporarily. It gets the job done. But like any cheaper PC, the memory runs up pretty quick. You'll probably buy another computer within the next year or two
