It doesn't hold a charge very well, but it's easy to use.

The laptop is great All round, it is a good price entry level price, although the performance of the the laptop is anything but entry level. Very happy would recommend

I bought this because my Dell laptop crashed. 3rd dell product in 18 months to go bad. I use this to run a photo booth so it must be dependable. So far it has performed as expected. Hate windows 10 , but I'm afraid we are stuck with it. I used Spybot anti beacon to turn off the MS telemetry and other spy issues. Works better now.

I have enjoyed my updated HP, since I had 5 years of use with my old HP laptop. I find the touch screen to be fast and easy to learn and the laptop very lightweight.

This is a great touchscreen laptop with a big screen. It's pretty fast most if the time but does lag at times. I only use it for school so it serves its purpose.

I was looking for something I could do online real estate classes with, nothing too fancy! This computer so far has been great! Battery life is the only downside, but that might have to do with the fact I have to have my webcam on the entire time I'm doing my classes. Barely lasts an hour. Other than that it's been great!

I've only had this Laptop for a month, but I'm very happy with it's performance. I love that I can switch from using touch pad to touch screen whenever I want.

I purchased this laptop for work. I am very pleased with its performance. The operating system speed is just what I need. The touch screen is an added bonus.

I was in the market for an in expensive laptop and I found a great one. Touch screen, decent about of Ram and hard disc space, Windows 10 all for under $300.

I had been using a larger laptop(17.5) with windows 7. I wasn't sure because of this one having Windows 10, which I am somewhat confused on the use and setup. Cortana is on the task bar and ready to answer questions. Microsoft Edge is new to me and I'm in the process of self teaching and learning to use the computer.

The price point was perfect. It is easy to use, and works great at all times. Plenty of memory and speed. We are not gamers, but use it for business.

It's been a wonderful computer. My only complaint so far has been that it has randomly shut down a few times for no reason with half battery. It's only happened three times in about two months. My only other complaint has been all the updates which isn't so bad but I get tired of it updating all the time.
