This is a great low priced laptop the only fault I see with it and that is an HP problem I've had it happen on several HPs now the charger where is out real fast where it plugs into the laptop I had to buy a replacement generic Taurus charger to fix this problem

This laptop serves all my needs. Use it for web browsing and emails. Lots of storage for pictures. Also like the touchscreen.

I'm looking for a gaming laptop for my son that doesn't break the bank...and this one pretty much does that. Basic online games and minecraft etc. The battery doesn't last though when playing games so it has to be plug in if you wanna last more than 40 mins playing.

The laptop works well and the touch screen is a bonus for the money. Other touch screen laptops were much more expensive.

Considering it's less than the same laptop with an Intel chip, it does really well. I do think see a difference between the Intel processor and the AMD processor at this point. AMD seems to be a bit more smooth than my experience with Intel. Overall, great product!

easy to use and to learn programs on like the touch screen only problem battery doesn't seem to last long between charges

I bought this from my office assistant I just needed somebody 2 p.m. lots of lots of data the touch screen works great and the hard drive seems to respond rather quickly maybe even faster on my Intel i5 laptop the casing feels solid and the keyboard feels good.

A nice laptop with good features. Cannot understand why Bluetooth isn't a standard on laptops, this one could use it and it isn't there. It also could use a second hard drive, I don't like cloud services, bad plan when on budgeted access Internet connections.

I needed a replacement laptop. My concerns were power to run productivity programs (word processing, etc.), do some gaming at a reasonable price (at least what I considered reasonable). The HP with an A10 processor met the bill at all levels. It has proven to be more than adequate for work related matters and lets me kick back when I want to play some games. I would recommend the laptop.

I love my new HP touch screen laptop. My mom purchased this laptop for me and at first I was apprehensive, a tablet and laptop in one? But it proved me wrong. The features are great. Lesson learned: Don't fear the different and unknown. You might just love it.

great size and weight. It came with a bundle of items I use. The screen is very clear. The processing time is fast enough for me. I had a HP computer in the past and liked it's performance and Hp support.

bought this for my mother who is 70. She has an iPad and is able to use that quite well. She needed a Desktop/laptop but i didn't want to spend big $$$. This was a great solution. It has desktop/laptop features such as ethernet, USB, & WiFi, but combines it with a touch screen. It's perfect for her mild to moderate usage and the price can't be beat. Another solid product from HP

The speed on this laptop is fairly good, especially for the price. I think it's a good purchase and a decent value.

I was not disappointed when I receive my new laptop. Has the ram and memory i need. The touchscreen is also nice.

No problems so far. touch screen is responsive. mousepad is not overly sensitive. Hope it stays that way. My other HP laptop's touchscreen stopped working after a year so we'll see about this one. This is a large full keyboard laptop, great for basic use.
