No problems so far. touch screen is responsive. mousepad is not overly sensitive. Hope it stays that way. My other HP laptop's touchscreen stopped working after a year so we'll see about this one. This is a large full keyboard laptop, great for basic use.

So far (after a few weeks of use) this laptop is performing well and as expected. We bought it for home use: web browsing, productivity, etc. I give 4 out of 5 stars because I don't like all the unnecessary HP and Microsoft apps. which come pre-loaded.

The HP has AMD cpu with 6gb of memory and 1tb of disk for a great price!!!! I recommend this product to everyone.

My elderly father's old laptop has been giving him problems (6 yrs old and running Windows 7). It had finally come to the status of not always booting up and even a new battery (the 3rd battery) wasn't helping. He elected to get a new Windows 10 computer with a touch screen. He doesn't do games--just stock market, email, facebook and skype. We also wanted a dvd drive (which is becoming harder to find) to enable him to view movies. The setup didn't go easily as the salesperson suggested a 32gig flash drive and the only option to do the backup was on DVDs. We were able to find, online through another source, HOW to do the backup on the flash drive. So far, he is pleased with the speed and especially the size of the screen (he had been on a 13" screen). He uses an external keyboard and a mouse. Now we just have to setup the printer drivers, get a word processing program (he doesn't use Word) and he's good to go.

This HP isn't very flashy on the outside but with the touch screen and the graphics controller it is well worth the money..which wasn't a lot! If you need a good basic laptop that will let you go online, play videos and work with documents, this is it!

I didn't buy this laptop to use for work. I was just going to use it for fun. However, I found it has plenty of room and speed for anything I want to use it for. It's a perfect size to carry wherever I want to take it. There really isn't anything about this laptop that I don't love. After meeting with a salesperson, who went over everything about it, I felt very comfortable buying it. Now that I'm using it everyday I am extremely happy that I decided to purchase it.

Nice spec for the price better WIFI performance than old laptop did not need touchscreen as user prefers mouse, 6 Gig memory a plus at the price had it a couple of months now seems sturdier than other budget machines, hope for the best going forward.

I went into Best Buy with an older computer, taking it to the Geek Squad for hopeful resuscitation.(Which they accomplished). Meanwhile I perused the available stock, asking questions. The manager showed me this HP, very similar to my old one, but better. It not only has a keyboard, complete with numbers on the right side, but it also has a touch screen. I now have two HP laptops that I enjoy, and am learning to use the touch screen, so much faster for some work.

I was surprised it was a touch screen, but way faster than the old laptops we had in the house. A great upgrade!

Perfect laptop for ease and portability. Pretty fast...great size. It does everything I need it to, and more!

Use this computer for basic school needs. Microsoft office, Spotify and internet. The big screen makes projects easy, especially in dual screen. And keystroke pad is good for math programs. Not easily mobile but a good price for what you get.

I was in the need for a affordable laptop because my original laptop died. This laptop is light, the graphics are good, and it is pretty fast. But, I really disliked the mouse and keyboard.

Purchased this as a 2nd laptop for the shore. Easy to set up but be careful that if you skip the custom setup Windows will grab every private piece of data such as your contacts emails etc. Works well for streaming video's and Microsoft word.

This laptop has the features I want. I am still in the process of getting used to it, but it's coming. It has a touchscreen, but I bought a wireless mouse since that is what I am accustomed to and feel it best suits my style of computer use.

Great laptop very fast with 6gb of ram and a quad core processor. Great for school business of even gaming

Was planning on picking up a Chrome Book, but this computer was just a little more and offered more for the buck. I primarily use the computer for documents, photographs and viewing videos on vacation in remote places. This fits the bill.

This laptop is good for me traveling. Light enough not to be a pain but a large enough screen to work on.

Got this for my Mom. It was simple and easy for her to use. Performance was good for her needs.
