My husband started music school and need a laptop that would be great for multitasking and has lots of storage to hold all his work

I really like the touch screen. The fast start is great. An AMD update/upgrade caused problems. Overall I really like the graphics.

Great features at a great price. The first one was a little slow and best buy exchanged it with no problems and now it runs great.

I purchased this for my granddaughter for her birthday. It works well and appears to be holding up to the abuses of a 12 year old.

We got this computer for my son in high school and it is a good computer for term papers, research, etc that students need to do.

I could not afford a higher definition screen, but the laptop is great for my daughter' purposes. She loves the mouse on the key pad, it processes quickly and doesn't get bogged down. She uses the mic and the camera for videos. Now she wants a light! She is a happy 13 year old!

I bought my hp laptop for use while traveling. It has fulfilled my expectations in that it's easy to carry and fast enough to do the internet activities that I usually perform

This was easy to set up and easy to use. I only wish dealing with the customer service representative was as easy when I bought it.

Purchased this one to replace a older HP laptop that was running Vista. For the price (on sale) this one had the best features. We use it mostly for streaming Netflix or Prime shows, and it can handle that just fine.

after my first purchase was not what I expected, I was treated very kindly and able to switch my buy to a better, faster computer.

When my previous HP laptop bit the dust, I opted for this one. It's lightweight and has a nice screen display. The only two cons for me are 1) no indicator light when you press the on button and 2) no indicator light for the num lock button so you never know if it's on or not.

I purchased a similar pc for myself last year. My wife had problems with her older pc. I decided that a new pc would be good for her. I looked at a reputable manufacturer, ease of use and reliability. The HP unit fit those needs. She enjoys the ease of use and is very happy.

Wish that the PC could connect to a monitor; very fast, and really like the 1 TB of memory!

This was what it needed to be, and more. It was a good value for someone to take for classes, and has been working well since. The touch screen was overkill as the user is blind and uses a screen reader, but included for the price, was a pretty good deal.

The speed of the computer is a little slow, love the touch screen and the price was right. Best Buy does offer some great deals.

I always used Intel processors, was surprised by speed and efficiency, My only drawback is no USB3 ports, but can live without.

A good laptop for everyday use of email, social media and online purchases. The added bonus of touch screen makes things easier.

Computer works perfect for home use. I installed Adobe Pro and full Office 2016 suite and it runs great. Probably not for a dedicated gamer but does all I need for keeping household records. Definitely powerful enough to keep up with a home business. Definitely reccomend.
