I went to BB and wanted to get a computer that was inexpensive and I have no idea what I am doing. We went in and was helped and picked this one under direction of the Microsoft sales man. And it is so easy to use. Great software. And love the touch sxreen feature

We bought this as a replacement for my wifes work computer. She was tired of switching back and forth between a 17" laptop and her surface pro. This was a good compromise for her with little larger screen than the surface and keeping the touch screen capabilities.

I have been very pleased w/the performance of this PC thus far. It performs as advertised and was a great buy for the $$$

This computer is perfect for my middle schooler to do homework, projects, and play online games. She loves it so far!

This computer meets and exceeds my expectancies for the price. Before buying it I was a little skeptical about the quality of the computer. After receiving it, I was completely please by the performance and aesthetics of the computer. Great computer over all.

I use a touchscreen at work and was always trying to work my non touch one at home so now I no longer have that problem.

Our teen needed a computer for one of his classes, so we headed to our local Best Buy. Talked with a knowledgeable employee. He helped us find the perfect one, based on our needs. Son loves his laptop, and we feel we received a great value for the price paid.

I purchased this computer because of its power and price ... not top of the line but very good buy at this price point!

Watch for hidden charges. The store told me A/V was free for 6 months.not so. They then charged me $30. for it. I have called the owings mills location many,many times and no one ever answers the phone, and I mean NEVER ever . * after one + hrs they fixed this issue (not the store) the bestbuy main number. .very helpful there. Be sure to get every thing on paper before you check out

I had bought an Asus and it died in 15 months. I was not looking to spend a lot of money. The HP has functioned well.

Very user friendly. Easy to learn. Love the key board. I use the touch screen application more than I thought I would!!

I am pleased with this laptop. I am still learning the ins and outs. I really like that I get tips every now and then.

Pretty good laptop fast good processing only downfall is the updates for the video card can take quite awhile download

This was a create computer for the price paid. It's being used for gaming, social media and basic internet research.

My wife loves her new laptop. Would of got 5 stars if the battery lasted longer. Other than that, I would recommend.

Laptop is great for small run side business. Easy to travel with and touch screen helps when running a presentation.
