I like the laptop itself and the touch-screen is great, especially because the touch pad tends to hang up occasionally. My husband and I have a little trouble opening the laptop because there is nothing to grasp to lift the screen. So we constantly lift the entire laptop off of the table (it's very light weight which is great!). Nothing major, just a little annoying. Other than that, Windows 10 I'm not a huge fan of....had Vista before which I had multiple issues with and Windows 10 is not making me much happier but the laptop is speedy and working so I'm ok with my purchase for the money.

I like this laptop it's light and has good memory. The screen is touchscreen which is a plus the only negative is that it updates all the time and takes a while every time which can be very frustrating.

This device has so much memory, it is unreal! It provides fast pace work ethic and gets things done quickly. I will always recommend HP products!

For the price, this is a nice computer with a big keyboard; keyboard is not that sharp but not really fuzzy--just not as clear as my $1,200 Lenova Yoga computer. I bought this computer with just 10 minutes to shop because my fancy computer had to go in for repair. I decided to keep it so I'd always have an extra laptop around; my work requires that safeguard. It turns out I like the size well enough that I use it about half the time. The screen is big, the keyboard is rather bulky but at the same time, more comfortable and spacious than my Yoga.

I really like several features about this laptop including storage space, touch screen, hdmi port, and modern look/feel. Also, the price was very reasonable. The battery life is the biggest drawback that I've experienced so far as it only lasts a few hours or so before needing a cord or charge. Besides that, the ram and processor speed is just enough to keep up with the OS and basic tasks. Overall, I would recommend this product and certainly do not regret the purchase.

Its a good laptop, touchscreen feature works good. I like the 1TB HD. I wish it had 8 GB or RAM, but still better than lot of other laptops. Price was really good with no performance issues so far.

I purchased an HP 15.6 touchscreen with 6 gigs kn memory and 1Tb in space. Love it. Its been three weeks and its still performing to standard with high usage of virtual dj-ing and other apps/software

It's a wonderful laptop for the price. I love that it's touchscreen and the laptop is so light. The corners are a little sharp on my arms and the battery life leaves a little to be desired though.

I been a HP fan for years now and they been all over the bord as far as pcs go but this one is not too bad. Just to say YES pc prices have been going down over the years so what was $1400 ten years ago is now like 400-500 today. But all that say I payed $350 for this pc and for the price it is not bad. First the cpu is good. I know it's not a ( I ) seares but it is still 4 core with speed boost! I have 5 other pc and this is faster then them all. Yes is need to max at 3.2 ghz but for the basic internet stuff it runs fast. I would give a higher rateing but with only 6gb ram to me it is a little low. Even my cheep low end 200 laptop I got has 8 gb ram. Yes you can add more but and I do mean but it is not easy to take appart to add ram like all laptops should be or was in the past. Now if you take time to take it all the way appart then yes you can max it out with 16 gb ddr3l ram. Also remember DDR3L ram is diffrent then normal DDR3 ram. It is low power ram so it dose run little faster and you will pay little more for too. 1 TB HD is nice but it is 5400 not 7200 rpm HD. Again you could install a SSD to get faster speed but it is hard to take appart to install. It has N wifi not AC but that is ok. I would install a faster wifi card but it is not that big of deal to some. Where I live I only get 60 MB/S internet so most wifi will give full speed. If you got faster internet then you will have to get a AC card to take full avantage of the speed. The battery is good and USB 3.0 is nice too. All in all this is not a bad pc for the normal or light user. Just rember you get what you pay for!!! I spent $1400 on a laptop in 2006 and it still works good and just now starting to be slow compare to PCs today. So yes you will get a good use out of this PC.

This laptop has lots of features for the price including a quick CPU, enough memory and hard drive space, and a big touch screen. The only negative is that battery life is about 3.5 hours.

great laptop with touch and large hard drive. win 10 and nice keyboard layout works quickly so-far is working great. nice slim designe and light weight. Power cord is a bit short but ok

I Purchased this laptop brand new and had issues with it lagging and freezing and had to click programs twice to get it to work so I fully got all the windows 10 updates and that solved everything but that did not solve the double clicking to get the programs to run problem so I upgraded the Ram to 16gb and now everything works great I had this laptop since Oct 7th and now it works better than straight out of the box and both the seller and manufacturer had issues with knowing what type of ram needed for pc both are wrong believe it or not its actually DDR 4 pc 2133 and I purchased the 16gb of ram when it was on sell for 60 bucks now the ram is around 80 bucks the only flews with this pc is that the display isn't very great hd display and the sound is muffled due to the speakers under the front end of the laptop its not a bad deal from this price point

I would have given the equipment an additional half star had I been given the option, and if not for Windows 10 which is not the most user-friendly program on the planet. Unit is compact and relatively light weight. Screen size adequate. Batter life better than average. Tends to run hotter than other equipment I've used in the past. Could probably heat my office if I had enough of these. Overall I'm very satisfied with this purchase.

I have had several HP laptops. I really like the look of this one, the ability to use touchscreen. The purpose for this smaller laptop was for my young (elementary school) kids to be able to do their online homework. They love using it. The speed and storage are great. I would buy this laptop again (but bigger screen for my use).

This runs one of my games that my other laptop could not. Runs cool too. Love the touchscreen and the HUGE storage.

I bought this to use for e-mail, online shopping and some editing of manuscripts. It's fine for that. The touch screen feature is a nice addition which allows my young grandsons to play kids games when they visit without needing adult help. The CD drawer will not stay shut and pops open at the slightest movement and the left side heats up so high it's uncomfortable to keep on my lap and, of course, it comes with that annoying Windows 10. Otherwise, it's OK for my needs.

I originally had bought the ASUS laptop with a 500/ 4gig hard drive, but only 1.9 ghz, so it was super slow. I hated it. I returned back to best buy a day later, and bought this one and paid the difference. Much happier with this one. touch screen, 1 terabyte of hard drive, 600 g memory. and 2.4 ghz. much faster.

Lightweight and very functional laptop. Not the fastest but good for Office apps and to surf. Screen is decent size and bright. Reasonable price.

I am a fan of AMD processors. The A10 does not disappoint. I bought this laptop for my daughter who is in high school. She is not a super user. She uses MS Office, the internet, and many online apps. This laptop performs well for these everyday uses. If you want a gaming laptop this is not for you. But if you want a great laptop that performs quite well for the typical user, then this is for you and the price is great.

I purchased this laptop for personal/work use to replace the one I'd had for a long time. It works great, is very user friendly and easy to set up, and the extra RAM and storage are very useful. I also like the AMD quad-core processor it makes the computer run very smoothly.
