Great lap top, bought one for my wife. She loved it. I then bought one. A great value and does everything we need. Only one down fall...no blue ray player. But not a deal breaker.

It was a birthday present. We got a lenovo first but for 100 dollars more there was a hige difference. The quality and the speed was almost double . Good stuff for the price.

I had a problem with the anti-virus software not being installed and other issues with a desktop computer I had repaired at the same time I bought the new one. The manager I spoke with was extremely helpful. One of the Geek Squad managers came to my house, picked up the computer, then brought it back to me repaired. Both managers receive a 5+ star rating.

I needed an inexpensive laptop to replace my old one and this one fit just right. It's got lots of great features and reasonable price. I am happier and happier every time I use it.

I purchased this one knowing that it has a pretty good processor for typical business work, plus having a plan to replace with a 480GB SSD. So, I waited and eventually got this one for right under $300 - Good deal! The only thing I wish it could be better is that: the plastic screen frame, of course for under $300, is quite flimsy. So be aware.

Laptop is exactly what I expected and great price too! The touch-screen works great and the CPU has great speed. Very pleased to have chosen this model over other comparable ones.
