Laptop for online classes

Serves It's Purpose for a Grad Student

This laptop serves it's purpose well, and I've not had any issues with it. Only gave it four stars due to the touch screen not being too sensitive.

Inexplicably sucks

Completely sluggish, freezes often, spikes CPU and drags. This is just with normal usage - not gaming or high graphic load. HP customer service always is awful and the battery life is abysmal.
