Haven't used touchscreen yet but enjoy Windows 10.

I bought one for my 74 year old mother....she loves it. She is still learning Windows10. I also bought one for myself to play WOW....seems to work just fine.

I received a coupon in an email. I went to purchase a new laptop. The store would not accept my coupon even though the item I was purchasing was not listed as an exclusion. The salesman couldn't tell me why it was not accepted. I bought a laptop anyway, but I was frustrated and nothing was done to make me feel better.

Gave it to my 12 yo nephew for B-Day and he plays all his games with Ease. Computer fast and easy to setup and use

I bought it because of the cd player. It helps a lot with my review. Very easy to bring with because its lighter compared to other laptops. Not bulky

This was purchased to replace a laptop that was used to complete Master's program. Upon starting an upper level program more memory and features were needed.

I bought this for my father who was needing a new computer. Great price for the processor includesd as well as touch screen. Dad is loving his new computer.

I bought this for my 6th grade son. He uses it for homework and surfing the web. Thus far we've been pretty happy with the purchase. My only worry is that the casing is not that sturdy and I don't know how well it would survive if it was dropped. Unfortunately this is pretty much a standard worry for windows pc's.

Great price for such a powerful computer has everything you need in it to do just about anything. Very powerful and small. A must buy for college students.

Being familiar with HP products I have had in the past, it was very easy to upgrade and learn new capabilities.

Enjoying the computer, I would make some changes in the design. that you would use it in dim light... Okay it is sleek looking , but sometimes a small change could reduce some of the fatigue that accompanies a long session working on the computer.

Got this for my son for college. Nice large screen, light, everything you need. A ton less expensive than some of the other ones and just as functional.

This laptop works well, easy to use, however, the wifi only works when it's literally 7 feet or less from the router/access point. I have used a windows based system in a few years, I got this for wife, I use a Mac and can move mine over 50 yards away.

I have really enjoyed this computer. It's lightweight, holds a charge for a long time and easy to follow. I would recommend it to new or advanced users.

This laptop meets my needs, and was chosen due to the inclusion of a DVD drive to watch videos on and a hard disk capacity that was better than my previous 4 year old Toshiba. One 'feature' that i DO NOT LIKE is that HP insisted upon moving the regular F1 through F12 keys to a secondary position in favor of things like audio and video controls and airplane mode in the primary position. This interferes with some of the games I play where a single keypress calls up what is needed and having to depress a function key at the bottom of the keyboard as well as the particular Fkey at the top is very clumsy and strikes me as somebody's engineering solution to a problem that didn't exist. (I don't fly so airplane mode is totally superfluous.) This 'feature' of the HP is the main reason I only rated it three stars and would not really recommend it to others.
