I purchased this laptop for my daughter who needed a new laptop for school. This product fits our needs perfectly and at a decent price range.

HP now has load software so simple to use you don't need a manual. Every action is simple, and cortana helps with the more tricky operations.

Great Little Laptop, for the price. Does everything you need it to do, with plenty of RAM to spare. No frills, but even the speakers sound OK.

I use this laptop to check my correspondence when I am traveling and mostly for entertainment. With an hdmi cable I am able to connect the laptop to the tv in my room and watch a movie from the ample hard drive. I often use a good blue tooth speaker to get better sound Very satisfied with it.

A great laptop for the price. It has plenty of power to do what I want it to do. While I wasn't looking for a touchscreen, it's a nice bonus!

i like this laptop but i wish the screen was a little larger and that the volume would go a little higher but the overall performance is fine

I would recommend it to anybody who is a senior. First time to have a touch screen, was having trouble at first but am getting better with it.

Same size as my old computer. Windows 10 is much easier to use than Windows 8 and about as easy as Windows 7. Very nice memory capacities.

I needed a laptop for my basic applications and have been happy so far. I never liked HP but this has been a good experience I haven't needed any tech support and that has always been a bad hole for HP. Hope I don't need it.

Really nice laptop. The touchscreen does come in handy. Also has a free Windows defender program and informs you when there is updates.

Went from using an old Dell with Vista to this. Yep, still on a Windows 10 learning curve. Great for my usage of email and web surfing.
