I bought this computer after my old desktop died. The salesman spent a lot of time explaining different models and did a good job of matching my needs to the product. My only ding is the touch screen is too sensitive, the lightest brush of my finger changes the screen.

For the money, it does what it is supposed to do, browse, basic word processing, photo storage, social media. Slowish even with the A10 chip and 6 Gigs of RAM. Not a big fan of Windows 10. The touch screen is nice.

Overall an amazing laptop for the price. I use it for everything from college work to mild computer gaming and it does great!

this is a great touchscreen laptop for a cheaper price. the screen isn't as high of a resolution as I would have liked, but that's just me being picky. I also wish the keyboard was backlit. Otherwise, I love it.

Descent computer for the price. So far it works nicely. Is a bit heavy. Needed this type for business major in college with the number pad on it. Wish we could get smaller, lightweight HP computer with these features at same price. It is heavy in backpack full of books.
