I purchased this laptop to allow me to work from home, and it has. No real bells or whistles, but that is not why I chose this one. The price was enticing, and I have had previous good luck with HP products. Even though I tend to be technologically challenged, setup was simple. The Office 365 suite downloaded without any problems. Horizon VM Ware installed easily. I am up and running

I love the touch screen and the programs are easily found. The only problem I had was a key popped off my keyboard when it was still fairly new.

Before this I never owned a touch screen and I have to say I love that feature. It's nice when I play games. The speed is good. With the volume you have two different features. When the headphones are plugged in you can set it to a specific volume and when you don't have it in you can have it set to a different volume (I keep my headphone volume at 100% and unplugged at 50%)

Bought this to set up as a relatively inexpensive travel system. Was a little hesitant at first with the rating of the AMD processor but was pleasantly surprised. After completing the installation and running a series of tests I found the system to be quick and responsive. The screen is bright and the keyboard feels good. The system is light and sturdy enough for travel.

Although I have not used the computer a whole lot, so far it is very nice. It does get a little hot if you set the laptop on you but I usually use a small lap table. Had to get it for a class (I needed more space and Ram for a software program) so it will be just a school laptop. But so far so good.

Bought this laptop for personal use. This notebook processes multiple programs well. The microphone is professional level and the camera allows for easy video chat. I sent w/ this computer vs comparable model for a bigger screen than a few mghz. There was a fault w/ app store preventing me from dowloading, but I called Acer and it was a quick walkthrough fix

Purchased this for my daughter for school, always loved HP quality and this didn't disappoint. Touchscreen is responsive, great battery life and better than expected performance for the price. Not a gamers computer but ideal for everyday general use, video calling etc. Also seems to hold up well to a teenagers abuse, her previous laptop, Dell, didn't.

It's easy to use . It's fast . Light weight nice looking laptop.

Nice large screen, plenty of memory, hard drive allows for more than enough storage for my needs, easy to use touchscreen features.

This was bought for my sister for school and I have her nothing but wonderful things about this machine. Runs fast, plenty of room for storage, and the touch screen is amazing.

I love this computer. I have purchased five of these already for my small business. They are touchscreen and easy to navigate. I especially like that it is lightweight. I would definitely recommend this computer to a friend.

HP Laptop great price, touch screen and loads of memory. Laptop is quick and has a great display. Purchased one for my son and two weeks later purchased one for myself.

I was excited about getting a new laptop and an upgrade from the old Acer I was using. Boy, was I disappointed!! First, for some unknown reason this laptop rebooted by itself on two separate occasions and in both instances the screen remained black for almost 2 minutes. I thought the laptop had died on me. Secondly, the battery only lasts for 2 hours (at most) when the documentation says I should get 4-5 hours of use before having to charge. Third, the screen brightness is a dull white that I can't seem to correct. Therefore, I'm constantly looking at a dull screen and no matter what adjustments I've performed the problem remains. Finally, I'm not that happy with the camera. Friends are telling me they see a dull, although sharp, figure when I'm chatting with them on Skype. On the positive side I am happy with the quick response that all new machines provide and the light weight of the laptop. Otherwise I'm still in the discovery phase of what is good and/or bad about this HP laptop.

I like how much storage it has. I've owned HPs before and this one seems similar. I think the touch screen adds something a little more interesting as well. I'm not sure if it's my wifi (shouldn't be if my phone is fast), but I sometimes notice the laptop to be a little slow at loading. Other than that, everything is great!

this is a good computer. Everything works great except the battery, only lasts about 3.5 hours on a full charge. Once in a while nothing works unless you do an update, kinda annoying. Speakers are ok, don't sound very digital to me being a dts speaker system. Other than that its a good computer, worth the price I paid for it.

Gets the basic job done. Browsing web, facebook and e-mail. For the price I cant expect to much more then that.

My son wanted a new laptop for his birthday and I wanted something that was reasonably priced and powerful enough for him to do his school work and some light desktop gaming. This model fit the bill perfectly. He has been extremely happy with the model he picked and it has served him well in all his endeavors

Bought this laptop to replace the one that I gave to my mom. It's fast, responsive and the touch screen works great. I pretty much only buy HP computers and I am really partial towards AMD processors. This is a great combination of the two.

This laptop is perfect for children. Setup is easy. It is a bit heavy, but isn't a problem for home use.
