I like love the touch screen on my new hp laptop computer with Windows 10 easy to use and fun to work with

Bought this so could have a 2nd (back up) laptop. Nice having touchscreen. Price was good $330, was a clearance model. Not as fast running as I thought it would be, based on specs.

Bought it for use at the church. Works well. Personally use Apple products but better price with hp.

This laptop does what we need it to do. It's a bit hard to open, probably because it's so lightweight. Try to open the top and the bottom comes with it. Nothing to hold onto to keep it down.

Bought this as a Christmas gift for my mom. She uses it primarily for checking emails and the occasional Netflix show. Seems to work fine for her however I felt the processing speed lagged a bit. All in all not a bad unit for the price.

I just use a computer for doing basic work and this computer is just what I needed. Love the touch screen.

Overall, im happy with this laptop. Occassionally ill be working on it and it just restarts out of no where. No warning. No nothing. Just reboots.

The product is good. But all the staff that helped me were TOPS. They were all professional, easy to talk with, as helpful as possible, and answered all my questions. Actually they sold the product. I probably would not have spent as much money if not for their help. Also, I probably will go to Best Buy next time I need a product before looking elsewhere. I believe all sales are people sales although a good product helps. I really like my HP laptop

This laptop is just what we were looking. It has all the necessary features and includes a touch screen.

it works for what I need it for. I can do my papers, watch Netflix and play my music. no complaints here.

Bought this for my wife as we needed a new laptop. Just wished we had looked at the description a little closer as it doesn't have Bluetooth connectivity. Other then that she loves it and hooks up a projector to it every week for church.

I have had two of these for a few months now. My wife and I both bought the same model. Her's has had a hard-drive failure within two months, however, HP did care care of it. These aren't very fast but they get the job done. Since they are a budget PC I don't expect perfection. I had to reinstall Windows 10 twice right after I got the laptop, as it was very sluggish. The second time was after the first set of updates and it totally jacked with the speed. (My wife's was fast right out of the box, but mine seemed to get hung up during setup and subsequently.) These are average quality, they work, but I would have expected more out of a 6 gig machine.

I like very much how you can change from touce screen to keyboard without anything to set up. I love it.

I love my new laptop. It has taken some getting used to, but once I put it to use in the office I couldn't live without it now. Am still trying to get used to windows 10 which I feel is slower than explorer, but overall I'm very pleases!

I don't need a fancy computer for games, just something to occasionally go online, e-mails, etc. It's a little slow, but has been operating with ease. My other laptop lasted eight years. Hopefully, I can help this one last that long!

Needed to replace a small laptop and this was PERFECT. powerful but compact. just the thing for travel.

Bought the laptop for school and it works great Also able to use at home for personal graphic work!

I like the idea of having a touch screen laptop as if I have a big screen tablet on hand!! No regret!!
