I purchased a Pny GTX 1060 OC as a upgrade from a EVGA 950 SSC. All I can say is WOW! The 1060 3gb is a amazing 1080 gaming card and a capable 1440 contender. Every game I have tested runs buttery at 1080 with ultra max everything. Most even run at 1440 max everything at a solid 60-70 fps. It will do 4k but expect sub 30 fps. All in all the bang for the buck is impressive at any resolution.

Let me start with the not so good and why this is still a 5 star machine. There is no easy way to upgrade the RAM as there is no bottom access panel. Minor but worth noting. It is a bit heavy but it does have a DVD drive so that accounts for some of the bulk. It is slightly loud when running under load - not obviously loud but you can hear it. The good certainly outweighs these drawbacks. It is very fast, the touch screen is impressively sensitive and the sound is simply amazing for such a low priced machine. The 1 TB HD is a huge bonus and it comes with 6 GB of RAM which is good for most uses (I need to upgrade since I do a lot of video editing). I got mine on sale at $50 off so it was an even better purchase with all things considered - I looked at several machines in this class and none had touch screens for the same amount. Though I won't use the touch screen much it is nice to have it. The keyboard is nicely set up and very responsive and the scroll pad is huge. It comes with lots of unneeded programs that you can just uninstall and alas, Windows 10 - sigh. Nothing matches Windows 7 so I will leave it at that. A great system at a bargain price, look no further.
