Great buy for the price. I had not expected to purchase a computer that day. I wasn't even in the Best Buy to look at computers. I am not a gamer but I use my computer every day to follow the news, my emails, and yes Facebook. This machine is perfect for me. Large touch screen, plenty of RAM and storage space. It also has a DVD/CD drive something that is getting harder to find in computers. At the price I paid I am completely satisfied with this purchase.

Found this laptop on sale and was able to purchase it online and store pickup. Great price for the amout of storage and ram. Touch screen is nice too

Bought this as a replace for an aging machine to be able to simple tasks, such as using quicken, browsing the interent, and basic use of MS Office applications. It has worked out quit well, performance is good, and it has the suitable number of USB ports for connecting devices as needed. Good, low-cost laptop.

I love the touch screen. The speed isn't as fast as I would've expected and the computer gets really hot when in use for a while. The battery life is not as long as expected either. After I am using it for 2 hours it needs to be plugged in.

Bought it for my dad. He's an older person and isn't terribly comfortable with the internet in general but he's really enjoying the laptop so far. The touchscreen made all the world in the difference for him really I think. Makes things a lot easier for him. The laptop itself seems very well made. The ram is great, the 1tb hard drive will be great for him, though I prefer an SSD personally. Would highly recommend for anybody looking for a more cost effective laptop for an older person or someone who doesn't need cutting edge specs.

Great laptop! It does everything we need so far. My kids needed a newer laptop to work with their school programs and this works great. They haven't complained yet and no complaints out of us. We are not daily users of the laptop but is easy to use and the touchscreen is an added perk!

I have always been impressed with the quality of HP products, this laptop has impressed me even more than I expected. It was easy to set up, and install the programs I needed. The A10 AMD processor makes this laptop run fast and the 1 tara hard drive gives you plenty of space. This laptop also has great sound for listening to movies or music. If you are needing a new laptop I would recommend this on to you.

I was looking for a laptop that was powerful enough to run basic applications without spending a fortune. This computer is easy to use and has a ton of memory. The touch screen is a bonus. The only drawback was the Windows 10 was old and the updates took hours to install.

Good product. I would buy again if a needed too. Fast. Easy to setup and maintain. The boy that sold me the computer didn't have a clue as to what this computer is about. I would recommend buying elsewhere.

I did not intend on purchasing this model and I am more of a PC guy. However, when my PC stopped working suddenly, I was in a tight spot and needed something NOW. I started looking towards a dell laptop (which was out of stock) the salesperson showed me the HP. Although, it dod not have the INTEL chip I desired it had the top of the line AMD. For what I need the computer for it works fantastic. I got this for far less than I thought I had to spend. Nice graphics, fast and easy to use.

I bought this for internet and spreadsheet usage. It has worked wonderfully...light weight and large touch screen. My only complaint would be the battery life. I only get about 2 hours of work before it signals that it is low. Otherwise, a great product. 4 Stars!

Runs very smooth so far and has a great amount of ram, touchscreen is very sensitive but that's not a bad thing. Love it

This is the first laptop I have ever personally bought, and I couldn't be happier. It's bigger than the notebooks, but less fancy than the 2-in-1's. The screen is big without being too large and the image quality is superb. And did I mention it's also a touchscreen? It has enough memory to multi-task and not get bogged down. It has been well worth the money, which wasn't much.

this is a very nice laptop as a starter, it performs well has plenty of speed, huge storage, with enough memory.

I'm pretty happy with this laptop as it is a touch screen and has a DVD drive but the battery doesn't last as long as I'd like and it gives off a lot of heat. But for an expensive laptop, it's not bad.

Pros: Touch Screen, Doesn't get hot, Quiet, Keyboard not flimsy. Cons: Battery life and Viewing angle are not great. This is a good everyday use laptop for surfing the web and doing homework.

This is a good workhorse. Does what its supposed to and good price.
