Worst notebook I ever bought. I knew that it was not gonna be a powerful PC, but after knowing the specs I was expecting some good performance on this budget PC. However, this PC is so slow that I got frustrated in the very first hour. Wifi did not work properly at all, it seemed like it could not handle the internet speeds I have. After checking my internet speed through speed tests, it showed me that I was getting only 0.30mb of download speeds! This is ridiculous as I have a 300mb internet connection. So I checked my internet speed on my other notebook and it showed me 280mb of download speeds which I usually get. Apps take forever to load, the start up of the PC seemed like I was using Windows 98 on my old Pentium II (literally it was that slow). I thought maybe after updating everything it will run fine, but no! This is not the first time I bought a budget PC, so I know what kind of performance should this kind of PC deliver and this is the worst performance I have ever seen. 6gb of ram should be more than enough for multitasking of daily apps, but this PC failed to provide even such simple multitasking performance. Really disappointed with the purchase. I will be returning this product.

This is a nice little laptop, however only one of the 3 USB ports is operational.... maybe it was an oversight at the factory ???? Other than that, it has been a good computer.

Great look and feel! Lightweight with a large monitor. Not real fast to come up when you turn on. Lot's of programs seem to always be running in the background. Good basic laptop.

My wife seems to like it and the screen feels more solid than the last HP laptop we owned. Now if we could remember it's a touchscreen we might stop closing windows on accident.

Decent laptop equipment. The mousepad is very sketchy. Not very sensitive towards movement, so I suggest a wireless mouse. Since buying less than 1 month ago, this laptop has randomly rebooted itself 4 times. It's a cheap laptop, so you get what you pay for. I plan to add more memory sticks as the 6MB is insufficient for having several browser tabs open. For lightweight use, it's okay. For any serious business or graphics work, look elsewhere. HP makes better laptop models for more money. Look upwards on their foodchain.

Very slow and sometimes it just stops and cannot get to move. I like it better than Dell but my Acer was faster and never had a problem.

Great computer for work! Would highly recommend this for anyone!
