I have purchased at least 10 computers from Best Buy and always keep at least 2 current PC's in operation. I needed a simple fast computer with a large screen yet light and portable plus touch screen and decent storage and RAM. I paid $275 for an open box, and could not have been more pleased. The sales person was as usual patient and helpful and knowledgeable. I have to admit to being a regular BB customer and use their Geek Squad technical services and their Web Root cyber security product. Both services are very cost wise reasonable compared to any other I have used. So, I buy all my computer gear from Best Buy because I trust them to give me the best advice, service and prices on a wide selection of products. Admittedly this 15.6 inch HP computer is a simple black plastic laptop but has all the bells and whistles for under $300 bucks-- my last HP was a 17 inch HP Pavilion (for $600) from best buy lasted 10 years. Granted it did not move much from my desk, but still 10 years was a good run. This HP is twice as good for half the cost. HP makes good solid computers for a reasonable price.
