Product is good, the training was lacking, could not set the programming in the store due not being able to access the Comcast network...really?

I bought this laptop mainly to view articles and videos that are related to my woodworking business. It has been all I needed and expected.

When my old PC conked, I needed a replacement in a hurry. This model is easy to understand and use.

This laptop does everything I need it to do and then some. Online schooling and multimedia without a problem.

It's a good little computer. It has lots of space. It is a little slow on downloading apps, but runs well. I only wish it had more USB ports.

Easy to set up and use. Touch screen was an added bonus when looking for "work horse" laptop for law school. Memory, speed, and reliability at an economical price for students. The only thing that would have been nice is if the laptop was lighter in weight so that traveling would be easier.

Initially I had some problems with the computer and brought it you geek desk and they resolved it in a few minutes. excellent support desk.

Smooth operation, no problems so far. Works well for anything from emails, slideshows, coding, word processing, watching netflix hulu etc.

Fast computer. Good value for money. A little bit big, wanted a smaller sized computer with the same processor, but I can work with this.

For the features and price it is great. Had one problem where it kept dropping the external mouse.

So far so good even though it did freeze on me once- probably due to a Wi-Fi problem since there was bad weather at the time it occurred.

My mom had been looking for a computer and I had bought myself one a while ago and was happy with this brand so I bought her one as well.

It was difficult to get laptop and printer to communicate with each other. Geek squad needed to make a visit at my home to get it fixed.

It's is over all good laptop at the price I paid, $350. Though I would have loved to have a smaller laptop, 14" would have been ideal.

Great replacement compter with a higher resolution screen then its more expensive counter part. Great for basic web and email surfing.

The best part of it is not the kids tomorrow night and sweet dreams of being able to make sure they will ask for the computer science.

My only complaint is the laptop seems a little slow sometimes when I use the internet . The internet is faster on my 4 year old iPad

We got this for grandmother who doesn't need all the bells and whistles. She is very happy with it. When my husband set it up for her we actually realized it's "fancier" than we thought and now I am considering getting one to replace my old Macboo that has slowed down tremendously.

I purchased a new touch screen HP notebook computer and had to return the first one due to a hard drive failure. After the return, which was handled very well by the Temple, Texas Best Buy staff, I had no trouble with the set up and installation of the other software I needed. However I'm not a big fan of the mouse pad, touch screen or the grooved top case on the computer, but that's probably my personal preferences speaking.

This laptop is great for old school gaming and some of the newest games out there today! And of course, perfect for school and office
