I chose this laptop because of the price and the features it had. Not my first choice.

Needed an inexpensive laptop for my son so I decided on this one. Not the fastest laptop but does all he needs for school.

So far, so good! Very pleased! Thx for the great salesman and his knowledge of the lap top and how it will meet out needs.

This laptop does everything I need it to. Runs office and surfs the web. Decent buy.

This review is just so I can uploaded another photo, showing clearly it is DDR4 memory.

I do relatively simple operations and use the internet for searches and e-mail. This unit does what I need inexpensively.

Computer has met my basic needs. My reason for not providing a higher rating is the amount of heat coming from the fan.

I like this HP computer! But, found it the next week for a lot cheaper.... Only wish it had instructions for Seniors!

I have always had good luck with HP products. When I needed a new computer, I was naturally drawn to HP for my needs.

I bought it for personal laptop. So far so good. It works for what I need it for.

I had 2 old computers - 10 years and 5 years old. I needed something with newer features so I went to Best Buy, explained my type of usage and the tech suggested a few computers. My old ones were HP so I stuck with the brand I knew lasted. Love my new one.

Laptop is a good laptop. Bought it as a starter to see if I'd like to purchase the same brand later. Still deciding.

Overall, not a bad computer. A good price for what it is, though somewhere along the way, it's sluggish for no apparent reason, and I'm not sure why. Its been that way from the start. Love the touch screen & tablet mode, but also wish it folded completely in half to be more tablet-like when I'm using it that way.

It was recommended to me. I think it runs a little slow but it does it's purpose. My kids use it for homeschooling.

Nice computer. I wasn't happy that it didn't come with any word or works programs for the price that I paid.

It's good laptop for normal things like getting on the Internet and normal stuff like viewing pictures and videos

this is my first computer in 6 years. Windows 10 is a challenge but I try a little each day. I am not a computer wiz so I have the 2yr Geek Squad agreement to help me when I am at the point of turning the computer off. So far we have a good relationship,

Love the bright screen and doesn't lag so far on any projects I am working on.

Normally I love HPs, but it has been literally one thing after another. Not sure if it was fighting with Win10, but also had problems with battery life and USB ports - had to reset multiple times in first few months. Possible lemon, but the charger is dying after only 1.5 years. DO NOT BUY!!!
