A satisfactory introductory computer for kids to use, little slow on the start up but I have no complaints.

As i am using my laptop it works great but some time it slows down with multiple windows but its still good

My son seems to like the laptop but hasn't used it much yet. It's a good first laptop for starting college.

This was purchased for my children's school and homework use. So far they are happy with its performamnce.

This is the worst computer I have ever owned. I am taking online college courses and I needed a computer quickly because my old one quit working . I have had nothing but problems with this computer. The volume mutes on its own and I am constantly having to fight with the volume to stay on. It does not hold a charge very long at all. When using word, I save my work in APA format, it will be correct when I save it, but when then when it gets saved it is wrong, I submit my work it messes it up and I get docked points every time I submit an assignment, while typing the curser will jump around and I will end up typing in the middle of another sentence or a whole sentence will disappear all together. Also when doing APA format it will not let me do my header and page numbers properly, it is always wrong no matter what I do.

I was fine with lap top but it was heavy and bulky to handle. I returned it and got smaller, lighter one.

This is an average laptop--for basic work. Nothing fancy but reliable.

Working on my new HP has been great! Many features new to me, Windows 10 is becoming my new best friend!

She wasn't sure a laptop was what she wanted much less a touchscreen but has found it to be easy to use.

With the addition of ms 365 gives them ability to create the documents for professional results they need.

I made several purchases that day. When you walk in a sales person is always ready to help you. I have never had a problem returning an item for repair. I feel Best Buy offers the best prices, best customer service and overall a nice store.

No problems with the laptop. The only worry I have is the touch screen and whether or not is can hold up.

I went in looking to buy a simple laptop for work and work only. But I am very happy to say that I was not expecting to find this quality for that price. So "work and only work" turned ral fast into a laptop for every kind of use possible.

I have purchased this item for every day use. It has been really good. Battery is learning the charge.

I needed new laptop my prior laptop screen was smashed. This is very versital especially for the price.

I gave 4 stars because of the AMD chip. I know it's not as fast as an Intel processor but it's not bad.

Something happened to my computer the first mo. Having to take it in. hope they don't charge me for it.

Bought this new laptop since old one broke. Has everything that we need for basic essential functions.

I use it mainly for skype with my parents in California. since I am in new York this works well for us.
