I do basic online sale for a living and the Laptop has done well. No issues or problems whatsoever.

Battery life is not adequate for normal use.such as watching a video.

I like this laptop, it has nice screen and good processor. For the price that I paid it is a good deal.

Keeping in mind the features that this laptop has i think it's a good value, so far i have no issues.

I purchased a great laptop for the second one I have ever owned. Thought my six year old G62 was on the verge of passing on. It still is going. However, I have a great replacement for when it does decide to enter the laptop graveyard.

Great laptop for new college student, actually bought two for my niece and nephew and they loved them

Battery life is poor. You might get 2 hrs at best. This is a pain when you are trying to work. You must be near an outlet or you will end up being sol. Also payed for office product worked for 1 week and said my product was unregistered. Had to have Geek Squad fix it. I am not a happy camper.

Love the laptop. Bought it for my son who is a college student. He is very happy with his surprise.

This is a great Smart TV. The picture is perfect, and the volume is also excellent. The price was certainly right, I got it while it was on sale. Am considering getting another one for another room in my house. Would recommend!

This lap top so far is great! makes lil humming sound but does what it needs to for school!

I am a senior citizen. The laptop was easy to set up and worked right out of the box. I am still learning how to use it. I can not wait to try to play games and listen to music. The next challenge will be setting up the printer

the price was the catch, and also the make. own a 55"curved samsung and are very happy with it.

This laptop works fine. A bit flimsy. I would have liked to have had a backlit keyboard but that would not happen at this price point. This computer has served me well. The build quality is what one would expect for a sub 400 dollar laptop.

Purchased this for my daughter for college. She loves the speed and smoothness of it. Got it at a good price too. The A10 processor had me in the dark since I'm an avid user of intel, but I gotta say I really won on this one.

It's useful friendly. Use it for research and paying bills. The charge holds up better well also.

I love HP laptops and it was time to get a new one. I checked around and Best Buy had the best prices. The sales man explained the features to me. I will always come back to Best Buy for my future laptops. Thank you Best Buy
