Fair laptop for a student

I had homework due that same night, so didn't have time to research. I just headed to my local Best Buy and after telling the sales rep my needs bought the most affordable one he pointed out. I've had better in the past, but this one works well enough and suits my needs for now.

Too hot Too slow

The heat comes out of the vents on the side and gets REALLY warm. Warmer than other laptops I've used. The processor is way too slow, even for just browsing the web and doing other little tasks,

NOT A GOOD POLICY, should've been forwarded to me.
