Good laptop

I have adjusted the mosepad touch diameter and still not easy to get it to respond! I will say I was upgrading from a Windows 7 so I will give credit for a leaning curve to the Windows 10 format...

Ok Laptop

I called HP both times and they were able to get it working. I called Best Buy about bringing it back and replacing it and was told it was 2 days out of their return policy. I do not look for longevity on this laptop.
