Better than I thought! Love the touch screen and the price!

Very light weight. Screen resolution is great and storage space is great. Touch screen capability and on screen keyboard are great.

Bought this computer on a great sale for my dad. Almost the same specs as my laptop that I paid twice the price for. It is not a hardcore gaming laptop but it does stream videos with no issues. Be prepared for months of updates that you can't control when they download. The only thing missing from this computer is a backlit keyboard.

Computer was alright for price / deal. Many issues with installing new programs and preventing viruses.

Great computer if your looking for something to watch movies on or do basic activities. I would not recommend this laptop if you are a gamer. The main con is the battery drains faster than I'd like so I have to keep the power cord close. Overall a good purchase and reasonably priced.

Nothing spectacular, but it works fine for when I need to get some work done on the road.

I bought this HP for its name to replace my ASUS. Disappointed to discover it has very poor battery life and gets very hot. The edge is also almost sharp making it uncomfortable to type for an extended period.

I purchase this computer a few months ago for my business. It has worked great and does everything I need it to do. I have recently bought another for the practice. For the price, you can't go wrong.

The price was right and it works well for school use - would have liked a bit more memory but otherwise have what you need for basic computer use and hard to find this pricepoint with touchscreen

Bought the bundle and it was on sale. OK computer. I've had better. Upgraded the RAM to 12 GB - very easy to do. Faster now with the upgrade. Like the touchscreen. I miss not having a lighted keyboard but for the price - it will do.

I bought this computer in a bundle deal for my school work, since my old ASUS overheated when too many programs were open at one time. I love the touchscreen feature especially when I forget my mouse. It is a tad bit heavy to transport to and from school, but overall, it has been a great, reliable computer for my educational needs.

This computer is great for someone that is a beginner or doesn't need a computer a lot. Works good. Big hard drive.

It took me 2 years to make a decision - but I'm so glad I took the time to review so many products. The Best Buy sales person was the ultimate helper though - she carefully assessed my needs and wants - and found the perfect product & it was a bundle with some extras -so I hit the jackpot. I love my laptop!

Got this computer at Best Buy one day special. Paid $299 for the computer package deal. Touch screen and the size of the hard drive make this a perfect computer for a student or non power computer user. Even came with a 1 year subscription to Office 365 and 6 months of Kapersky. Very pleased with computer package.

for the price this computer is great for the simple things needed to accomplish on a laptop...the touchscreen makes it nice when traveling and the ten key is awesome for the spreadsheets

This is a good budget-conscious entry level computer I bought for my child. The touch screen and tablet feature is a great transition always with the dedicated keyboard available

I've been an HP user for a long time and I am very happy with this laptop. Just a basic Windows 10 touchscreen that's great for browsing, pictures, email and of course the Office Suite. If you're looking for a gaming laptop, this is definitely not the machine though.
