Good overall laptop that last 4 years. After that it wouldn’t hold a charge

This laptop was phenomenal. Too bad my son wasted liquid on it. It doesn't work anymore but was absolutely perfect for a web surfer, gamer, and student.

Battery life sucks! Other than that, it does the job (email, video streaming, internet browsing, & light gaming)

Computer was easy to load Office 365 and working well with online classes.

I bought this computer because I had an HP envy that I loved. I do not like this one nearly as much. It crashes ALL the time especially when on the Internet (either using Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome) and I've only had it for two months. It takes forever to boot up and I do not have anything that boots up at the same time as the computer (like Skype). I do enjoy the touchscreen and when it doesn't crash the computer does what I ask for it to do.

We were looking for a laptop to get and sent emails do searches we felt this would work for us! We are enjoying using it was very easy to set up!

No problems so far. Larger and heavier then my former netbook, but in time I'm sure I won't mind. Plan to use this more as a desktop replacement then traveling companion. Good deal with a bundled package of desired additions sealed the deal.

It wasn’t bad for the price. Lacked a little in speed when booting up and going through different internet tabs but that’s it.

Read reviews prior but for what I needed the laptop to do this seemed optimal. First update the video card prompted crashed he system completely (had not even owned it 1 month). Upon booting the laptop sometimes I just get a black screen after entering my password to log in. Also upon booting up sometimes only one of the 3 USB ports is functional causing me to have to reboot and possibly get e black screen again.

It works very well except that the frame is thick and I feel like I would have more viewing area if it was not so big

I got this open-box laptop for my daughter. I saved more than 40% off of retail. Everything came with the laptop and it works perfectly! I totally suggest taking advantage of the open-box deals for laptops.

Worst deal EVER. I received the product, ALL of the product. However, I was not able to activate my Office or my Kaspersky. Was advised by support that the reason for that is because the software showed the product as not being delivered. When in fact I have the key codes. Was advised to go to store and talk with GeekSquad. When I did, they confirmed the product to not be able to activate. They advised they would see what the problem was and email me. Well that the product was ordered in September 16. Worked with support thru November 16. Here it is January 17. No email. Opened my Master Card Statement and there are charges for the software AND other product that were originally included in the "Bundle". So, I called BB in regards to the charges. Spent 2 hours on the phone with I can't remember how many people and guess what. NO SOLUTION. Bye Bye Best Buy!

Pretty decent laptop for the price. It is a little slow starting up but it seems to work fine once it gets going

Suck a practical, right to business computer! It does everything you need and is easy to operate. I wish I bought another one for my mom. She's old.

It's a little slow but i like most of the features. Nice size hard drive but could use some more memory.

We couldn't be happier. We bought the computer for personal use as well as for my husband to use for work, it's perfect for us. We would definitely buy it again and recommend it as well.
