TERRIBLE
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Please know if you purchase any product thru Best buy online, you get no" geek" service included, god forbid you have a question during set up, they won't help unless you purchase a plan, they start at $200, or you can buy a tutorial video on windows set up for $20. Things I wish I knew before my purchase. Also for what it's worth this laptop is VERY slow, HUGE lag time loading simple pages.
