    HP is a good brand but BB specifications are wrong

    This laptop DOES NOT have a backlit keyboard as indicated in the specifications. It also DOES NOT have USB-C ports again as indicated in the specifications. It has USB 3.1 ports, but not using the USB Type-C connector. It is a traditional USB Type-A connector with supposedly the new 3.1 revision standards, and a single USB 2.0 Type-A connector. There is a huge difference between the two. I know this because the one I purchased from BB just arrived in the mail today. And It will be going back to the store first thing in the morning for a full refund. This is such a poor showing that it will probably be the last time Best Buy gets my business for anything more than the occasional DVD.
