Laptop performs pretty good so far. I'm not a big fan of Windows 10, prefer Windows 7, but could not afford that laptop. Windows 10 takes some getting used to, and seems to run a little slower. Found that disabling the live tiles and other unnecessary notifications helps alot. Overall, a very nice product.

I bought this for my husband because he is disabled and has mobility issues which make it difficult for him to walk into the den where the desktop computer is located. It's our first touchscreen and is perfect for him. Easy to use and has everything he needs to search his favorite websites and read the newspaper online.

This is a brand new computer, I bought it to replace my old laptop. When I opened it and started it up it was slow. Thought it was just because it was new and updating or something. I left it alone for a while because I did not need to use it yet because so far my classes have been all in class with no assignments or in any need for technology. Well, I started to use it finally to get it set up for my next semester. It was still slow, dial up slow. Even typing in it took forever. I factory reset, that did not work and then I removed good 90% of the apps that were on it.

I just use it for basic stuff (internet surfing, Netflix) I haven't used it for my photo editing yet, but I don't see how it wouldn't be fine.

It's everything I thought it would be, I couldn't have brought a better product. I already recommend it to all my friends

Fun, entertaining and useful. Bought as a Christmas gift but got to play with it while setting it up before I wrapped it.

Works fine the minimal use I use it for. I haven't used it for my Adobe yet, but I like how it's touch screen

this is one of the worst computers ever if not the worst computer ever. this computer always has to be charging or else it will die. this computer also takes forever to load, and when you load you app it crashes, more times than it dose not crash. this computer cant even load google in less than 30 seconds. Honestly do not buy this computer, you will regret your decision and if you do have this computer i would recommend selling it for a better laptop. even if it is a little more pricey it is worth it. i also went to geek squad to have them check out my computer and they did nothing. so that summes it up. this computer is absolutly dog crap DO NOT BUY THIS PIECE OF CRAP LAPTOP, i promise you will regret your decision.
