This is a good laptop for this price. But battery is low fast.

Super slow, it takes me 2 hours to restart everything before I start using it. Everything takes a long time to load each application. I wanted to return it to the store, but they wouldn't accept it because the 15 days had already passed. I think it's the worst service I've ever received. They haven't treated me well. They don't offer me any solutions, like getting a different PC. And I'm a customer who pays on time. And I don't think I'll buy anything else from this store in the future. It even affected my credit in some ways. Super disappointed, wouldn't recommend it.

This computer has been a little miracle in a box. Over the years I have had 5-7 different laptops and most have not been the same brand. This is my first HP and oh how I wish I’d gone with them first. I use my computer mostly for MS Office software (love me some spreadsheets!) and internet browsing. I’d put myself in the lower end of the spectrum for how I use it. I love the touch screen option, the keyboard is perfect and the 10 key is crucial. I can’t handle stiff or clicky clacky noise maker keyboards. The keys are responsive without being sensitive and stiff. The picture quality meets all my needs and so far the speed is great. I’m extremely impatient so when technology doesn’t “just go” I hate it. I can stream all the movie apps without lagging or stalling and the picture is nice. This bad boy is super portable too. It’s like a grab-n-go. The battery lasts days for me.

I've been needing a new laptop for roughly 2 years and finally decided to get one. My old HP laptop was at its end and I get tired of packing and moving my heavy PC set everywhere so I got this. It's just like my other HP laptop, except it's MUCH faster. The press of the keys have a satisfying feel to them. The display is crystal clear and the laptop's battery life is really good. Doesn't overheat, and it has nice speed. I can finally get back to work and start doing art on the go again. No complaints on my end.

I PURCHASED THE HP - 15.6" Touch-Screen Laptop - AMD Ryzen 5 - 16GB Memory - 256GB SSD - Natural Silver. I REQIRED A COMPUTER LAPTOP TO COMMUNICATE WITH FRIENDS AND FAMILY SINCE THEY ARE FAR AWAY. I ALSO USE IT AS I WOULD MY PHONE TO KEEP A BUDGET AND SAVE IMPORTANT INFORMATION. I FEEL IT IS MORE RELIABLE THAN A PHONE. A PHONE COULD BE STOLEN OR LOST. I AM DELIGHTED WITH THE CHOICE I MADE. THE BATTERY LIFE - SPEED AND DISPLAY ARE EXCELLENT. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPUTER.

Light weight than the previous dell laptop i owned. It is a good laptop with good battery life, speed, graphics and accessibility.

FAR faster than the HP laptop it replaces (which admittedly has an HDD rather than an SSD). It's a bit light on storage, but that's not so much an issue since I keep the bulk of my data on a NAS. About my only real complaint (outside of Windows 11, which isn't HP's fault) is that I find the white-on-grey keys harder to make out than its predecessor's black-on-silver. Bluetooth tends to forget that my trackball is attached, but I can't say for certain it's a problem with the system. Overall I'd give it 4.5, but since that's not an option I have to say 4. Given the choice, I'd buy it again.

I bought this laptop to replace my old one which couldn’t be upgraded to Windows 11. The purchase price was a very good value, and the Best Buy free home delivery was great. The new laptop is smaller and lighter than my old one; still it is a bit more comfortable on my lap with something placed under it due to the lip under the screen when the screen is opened. It is noticeably faster than my old laptop. My old one was also a HP and was reliable, so I hope this one works until it just gets outdated too. My needs in an laptop are pretty basic, and it easily meets those needs.
