    Good price. Easy set up. Have had no real issues. I bought to update to Windows 11. My last laptop did not have the camera cover slide so I appreciate that. The power cord is much heavier and plug is different from previous but getting used to it. My biggest issue is it continues trying to force Edge and Yahoo browsers on me.

    Fantastic I got this for Work and I absolutely love it. The only downside is it does not have a lit up keyboard, which I wish it did because it really helps me when I’m working at night and stuff, but I really love it.

    I came to Best Buy in hopes that my 8-yr old computer could be salvaged. But I was not going to be that fortunate. Two employees worked with me on identifying the problems with my current computer (for which there was no hope) and on selecting a new computer that would fit my needs. They listened to the capabilities I would need and helped me select the computer which would fulfill those needs, but did not try to sell me on more capability that I needed. I appreciated that they listened to me and helped me stay within my budget, yet satisfying all that I needed in a computer. I had a zillion questions and they answered them all .... with patience and in a "language" I could understand (because I am not all that "techie." ) Best Buy Buy is now my "Go To" place for anything electronic !
