    So far so good. This laptop was purchased for my wife for work and it gets the job done. She uses it for Google docs and web surfing and other online work. The processor seems good as it has an AMD Ryzen 7 paired with 8gb of ram and 512 gb of NVMe storage. I would recommend for basic task.

    Used in front office for secretary computer. Has been great. This laptop came with minimal bloatware compared to other brands used in the past such as Lenova. I would purchase this again and actually am even on the BestBuy website to see if I could.

    I bought this in a last minute situation when my prior laptop gave up the ghost, and I am very happy with its performance. If you are a gamer or trying to use a ton of apps at once it might not be the best, but for more streamlined purposes it does a more than adequate job!

    My new HP laptop initially was set up with Windows 11, but since I got the Geek Squad to reset it with Windows 10 (thanks Tim!) I'm very happy with my laptop now. My big thrill is having a numeric key pad.

    Very pleased with my laptop. Didn’t have what I was looking for, so ordered exactly what I wanted at a great price! The geek squad is awesome. Set everything up for me. Even retrieved pictures from my old laptop that had died!

    I simply love this laptop and have barely started to use it and become familiar with its features. However, I wish the letters on the keys were a little more visible. Delivery was next day- wonderful!
