Don't be fooled by best buy price match!!!

I bought this product @699.99 which includes laptop and the trend micro security software valued @49.99 .There is no option to deselect the security software while buying. Currently this product is @599.99 and also includes trend micro sec software @29.99. There is a "price match" indicator on the product right there on website. I had purchased this to avoid holiday Rush with the comfort that best buy will match the price. Apparently when I called customer service ,they convinently indicated that price can not be matched because it is a package. Now the only option I have is to go back to store return the laptop and repurchase at lower price which is precisely what I wanted to avoid. If Best buy is not going to match the price for the PKG they shld not display it for those PKG.Very disappointed with BB.

Battery Issues

The funniest part, HP customer service's best offer to remedy the issue is to take the laptop away for repair for 7 days...how do I work in the meantime? I have 2 other HP laptops that were good and I was really hoping for this one to be the same. What a shame!

Cheap quality

The keyboard makes alot of noise when you type so it makes it odd to use at the office. I was going to return it and get something else but I missed the return day by 3 days.

My HP laptop has almost 4 years! No problems
