Great for home and work

Stopped charging, so I had to get one for home and work not expensive and with a reasonable screen size this ho is fast, reliable, light weight. Use: home and NYC work Price: affordable Cons: unusable pre installed program from HP Windows constant notifications to update to Windows 11 Unable to add a bigger ram size

The fan is too loud and very distracting.

I contacted HP support and they troubleshoot remotely through software manipulation but still, the issue persisted. The technician concluded it was a hardware issue and needed to be returned.

Constantly disconnects from the internet

I've tried everything but this laptop will randomly disconnect from the internet (I have tried multiple sources) then you have to fight to get it to reconnect. Then several minutes later, it will drop the connection again. Don't waste your money

Persistent Touchpad Troubles
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Touch pad causes cursor to randomly move, highlight, delete stuff while you are typing. This problem is persistent. Unfortunately, there is no way to turn the touch pad off even if you want to use a mouse instead. I have called Dell and they cannot help me.
