I purchased this after determining it was not cost effective to replace the battery in my old laptop. It was not my first choice due to the availability issues at the beginning of the school year. But my Best Buy associate helped guide me to a good, and actually better, option. I was able to have it shipped to my home in 2 days. Microsoft 365 made it simple to set up and access my files. And an HP representative helped me connect my wireless printer. My only negative is that some of the keys are in different locations than I am used to and require a difficult stretch for my small hands.

Saw this on the Best Buy website and thought it had the power and speed I needed. It does, but it is missing a few things. It does not have backlight on the keys, so hard to use in dim room. It also does not have high def resolution, so enlarging items on touchscreen looks fuzzy. My fault for not reading the specs closely, but expected more for the price.

The was a great buy for our student. Looked for a laptop with a Core i7 for speed and with maximum memory. It works great for online virtual classes with no lag or buffering. The pricing was great making this affordable. After using an older Core i3 the response difference is very noticeable.

I just love the HP 15.6" Touch Screen Laptop. My last HP lasted 7 years but finally gave up and I wanted a similar, updated, model. I'm not at all tech savvy, but after the Geek Squad transferred all my data and set it up for me, it's been a pleasure to use.

So far I am pleased with this purchase although I am still leery of HP laptops. I owned another HP notebook that had low to moderate use, but the hinges on the cover broke when it was only 3 years old and it is uncertain if it can be repaired. Therefore I purchased a new laptop. I originally bought a Dell, but that one turned out to be defective. As there were a limited number of laptops available that met my specifications, I ended up with another HP. Hoping this one lasts longer. So far it meets my expectations

I chose to purchase on Best Buy because it's cheaper than in Amazon. It only took me less than 5 mins literally to get the laptop. It's already ready for me to pick up. Superb experience.

This is such a great computer for the price! I can have multiple tabs open while on a zoom call as well as do other tasks. So much better than my previous computer. Highly recommend.

Was looking for a fast basic laptop to prepare PowerPoint presentations, Excell spreadsheets and Word documents. This laptop is very fast and with sufficient storage to meet most needs.

Super fast! Easy setup and start up. Was looking for a larger screen laptop with the 10 key on the side. Easy to order and convenient curbside pickup. Only downside was that I had to wait for a couple of weeks for it to be ready.

Very good battery life. Speed is excellent. I had a better laptop that I replaced in terms of display quality and definitely sound quality through the speakers. I knew I was making a trade-off for the lower price. Value wise, it is excellent.

When I ordered this laptop I was little skeptical because it was an open box laptop. Once I received it and saw there were no scratches I was relieved. I am happy with the purchase and I got it for a really good price.

Great laptop, for the price, meet my general computing needs: browsing the net, word processing, and Zoom meetings without any hitch. But I wished it comes with a backlit keyboard!

Great computer. Very fast. I have satellite internet & this device makes the best of it. My only irritation has been more with Microsoft & not the computer. Very lightweight. Battery last a very long time, especially on standby.
