I like how the keys feel and how the laptop looks. The start up is quick. My small issues are the mouse pad, the button is a little stiff to click. I wish it had a dvd drive. Also, the ethernet port is smaller in size/shape and doesn't seem to fit my ethernet cord that is hard wired into the wall. Parts of my house has really spotty service and I would have to call a specialist to rewire, just for the ethernet use in that room. I am a little frustrated by that.

A Good HP Purchase

This particular HP has met or nearly broke my expectations! Two small quibbles: One, the SSD space is a little on the small side for me, but it was remedied by a DIY effort and now it has 1TB of space. Two: The laptop is just so darn popular that it's tough to get, so if you do manage to find one, you won't be disappointed!
