Good computer, fast, large screen. I like the touch Screen monitor

Great laptop. Love the touch screen. Great value.

This product is a good value for a laptop with an i7 processor, 12 MB and a 500GB+ SSD. The keyboard may be a little large for those looking for a small set up . It has an additional numeric keypad set that is not needed if you like to have a smaller keyboard configuration.

Great computer, have been happy with HP products. Best Buy tech support guy was phenomenal helping me download Microsoft word and the anti virus software. I like how the mouse is not flat. It has the two buttons to click on the mouse pad.

This has been a fantastic laptop. We bought this as a family computer but my husband started working from home due to COVID and it has been perfect! The setup was easy. We got it super fast and couldn’t be happier with the product and Best Buy service.

Great specs; reasonable price. So far, a great purchase. I just hope that it proves reliable. Best Buy gave me a date for delivery to the store and sent me a text message when it arrived, as expected. They delivered it to my car. Good service.

I was in need of an additional laptop. I came across this HP PC and was blown away by the specs and price! I have had this for over a month and am using it for video conferencing and music playback. It is spectacular and great as it is out of the box!

This laptop was for my better half, while she was taken online classes for her hospital career. And this laptop is perfect for what she needed for schooling and work stuff. This laptop can also be good for gaming if your into that type of stuff.

A newer version of laptop I was replacing. Had to have Geek Squad do the installation of Word and transfer data from old computer. Was very satisfied with their work.

Everything is great about this computer. My only disappointment is that I thought I saw a jack for a second monitor but I was wrong so I cannot use a second monitor.

I would have given it 5 Stars but for one shortcoming. The keyboard is not back-lit.

Great product but I’m having issues with my security digital download and questions regarding installing it. Who do I contact? Item arrived when posted. No wait time to p/u staff was professional and friendly.

I love this computer, the only thing I wish it had was the back lit keys. My last HP had that, and I didn't realize how much I would miss it. But other than that, I highly recommend this computer!

I was looking for a computer for 5th Grader and I was looking for something that has enough disk space and RAM and this was the perfect laptop

The laptop was very basic. It neither felt "cheap" nor "high-quality." My screenwriting software caused the CPU to spike and the computer fan to go into overdrive. I could never get Zoom and Meet to work properly--it was as if I had a slow internet connection when I actually had a good one. I should have paid more attention to the fact that it came in "S" mode. I needed apps that Microsoft doesn't have and so had to take it out of "S" mode.
