Getting used to the new computer this morning - -- Please change your records to Betty Ray Markham as Charles Markham does NOT used this computer or any computer for that matter.

Perfect for school and really light. It has a good battery life on it and the sound works great! Would not recommend though to play certain games on like War Thunder.

The laptop had to be returned, it would not load or run windows operating systems. An error code popped up during intital set up. I purchase open box and even selected the best option that was Geek Squid certified. In which was a bit true so wasted my time to drive up to north Dallas to pick up a useless laptop. I returned it then was updated on another laptop that I really didn’t need. The sales person was reviewing operating systems and many of the lower and middle priced laptops what obsolete systems according to him and were not worth our time or money. If it wasn’t for my wife needing a laptop for class I would have walked out which I should have but I purchase an expensive laptop offer being fist laptop was useless and wasting my time. Unsure if anyone will read this but Best Buy has to do better with staff and open box “certified” equipment.

I got this when I was going through chemo and radiation and had to still work. The keyboard is bowed a bit, making it difficult to properly type, but I assumed it was the design. Turns out, it's not. It's a flaw. However, the return window has passed so I'm stuck with it. I hate it has windows 11 on it and that we can't change our search engine or customize it the way we like it. I wouldn't buy again. This was a HUGE expense during that time. Pretty disappointed.
