Fast device setup and transfer of applications and data from failed system which required this purchase to be made. The system has been performing very well after these transfers have been made, much better than the system it replaced.

nice laptop good size and fast ,good touch screen.

Bought this for my father to replace his dinosaur of a pc that he had. Great battery life and fast enough for him to do what he needs to do for simple web browsing and his simple games.

This is a very good laptop computer. It is a good quality and meets all of my needs and expectations. The initial set up was relatively simple. The transfer of data from my other device was pretty streamline. I am happy with the touch screen. The quality of the Hewlett Packard brand meets all of my expectations.

I don't do graphics anymore, so all I really use my laptop for now is writing, music, and internet surfing. This is perfect those things. Plus, I got mine for a sweet price. The only knock is I wish the keyboard was backlit.

Overall great product even after being an openbox product

I have noticed this laptop runs warm to the touch on the keyboard and more so on the undercarriage. My ladt HP laptop was great except it ran so warm that it "cooked" the mothetboard. I am considering returning it because of that.

My daughter uses it for school and gaming and it’s awesome. Haven’t had any issues with this product since purchasing it.

This laptop is very easy to use. We have no problems with it. works at an excellent speed is very clear to see the work on the screen.

It's a great laptop. Easy to carry and works well. I wish the key pads had more contrast between the tabs and the letters, to make them easier to see. Lovely colors on the screen.

Definitely a good starter laptop if you are needing something for the basics. I just needed an upgrade to an older version so I can keep up with emails, surf the web, etc. Great bang for your buck if you are looking for something reasonable that isn't going to break the bank!

Computer is decent fornlight to medium work. It’s by no means a gaming computer but it will ran most game in their lowest settings, will perform every office work, sreen is bright, image quality while not the best is fair. Be careful with the handle of the screen, mine broke after a year just by raising the screen to turn on the computer. The biggest con I would say is battery life, this will last 3 to 4 hours out of the box brand new. Battery does not last longer than 4 hours.

This is my first laptop believe it or not! I have always used my old All-In-One computer. I love the way it is so much faster than my old computer. Since this IS my first one I am still learning about this one but so far I love it!

I am loving this laptop! It is perfect for what u needed it for, I can design to make projects with silhouette studio, plan my upcoming trips and stream movies. All I asked for!
