This is my first hp overall im pretty satisfied its easy to navigate. The only complaints i would have are there is no removable battery and the battery dies rather quick and also the computer itself fells very light and in a way cheap but it dose work well and i like it.

Bigger screen and touchpad. Makes browsing easier and faster through touchscreen and keyboard. I’ve always like HP computers because they are mor reliable than a number of other computers.

Touchscreen and sleek laptop at this price is a steal.

Got it for my little sister for school solid laptop for simple tasks

I purchased this laptop to replace an 8 year old personal laptop. The speed and storage are great. We don't use the laptop for a lot (email , work - word / excel). This is a great laptop at a great price.

Great laptop for the price. Only negative is it seems to crash quite a bit! I make designs for clothing so I can easily have 3-5 powerful apps all running at the same time.

A month or so in and so far it's been fast, reliable and handles everything I need it to. Used it as a replacement for my father's laptop mainly for simple tasks, internet and streaming and it has done very well.

Given the price point for this computer, I wasn't expecting it to be nearly as great as the highly priced one it replaced. I found that it performs nearly as good, and my only desire is for sharper screen display. Overall, I am pleased with this Best Buy sale.

I'm not an MS fan by any means, and I know I'll need to get more familiar with the operating system, but, overall, I am pleased with the purchase. Speed, connectivity, battery life, and processing meet my needs so far. I'm not a gamer or do a lot of streaming.
