    I purchased this computer in excellent condition as an open box and it was practically brand new. It starts up real quick, it’s perfect for browsing and I’m able to work remotely through zoom and I have no problems at all. The screen is a little washed out and I wish it had a backlit keyboard are my only complaints.

    I called BB/GeekSquad when my laptop died mid task and received prompt assistance and was guided through my options. I ended up ordering a new comparable laptop and arranged for a pick up in minimal time. Back in business in 24 hours! All in all I was satisfied with the repair on my old one and the set up of a new one

    Inexpensive and it works. The colors on the screen seem washed out and faded, that's on me for trying to save a few bucks, I should have gone for a more expensive laptop. I clicked on 'no' in the would you recommend category, only because of the lack of color, and Word pad is gone which I used frequently but that is Windows 11 and not the fault of this laptop.
