    Honestly I wanted to love it, especially since it was an upgrade to the one that was stollen from me. I should’ve read the software features before buying. I used this for work and mainly use Google drive which was inaccessible from the Files folder. I saw a good deal and it was touch screen. The touchpad was extremely sensitive and my laptop had a counterfeit battery and the battery life SUCKED! I bought this “new” no where said it was used or refurbished. So not only did I have to return this and I had to buy a different laptop with less features at a higher price.

    Ok computer. Nice and sleek would have given it more stars but their customer service sucks. My daughter dropped the computer on day 42 and HP told me that I’ll have to pay 350 dollars to have is fixed. Why the computer was only 321 with tax.

    I had this laptop for a whopping three weeks before the screen completely broke. i'm talking LCD shatter when there was absolutely no feasible way it could have happened as the laptop never even left my bedroom and had been sitting on the top of a shelf in my closet completely on its own. geek squad repairs said the parts to fix it would cost more than the laptop itself so they gave me a refund but this will be the last time i buy an HP laptop.

    Unfortunately I Have never been able to test this device because it was never delivered in my place and Best Buy did nothing to solve the problem and told me to check it with the police! It was delivered in the wrong address, we told them right away but didn't solved the problem.

    This screen was entirely too large for my everyday functional purpose and the keyboard keys were spaced apart incredibly enough that it was odd. Slow processor. I was not impressed and I’m an HP dedicated veteran for life.
